You choose if you want therapy in the safety of your own home if within the Sunshine Coast and surrounding regions or prefer the convenience of online or phone options. Integrated evidenced-based counselling and art therapy methods are used to help you manage and the effects of stress, trauma, grief & loss, guilt, shame, depression, anxiety or relational issues. It is important that we work together in creating a counselling and/or art therapy plan that meets your unique/specific needs, which can include integrating Biblical principles for those of faith.
